Flexible benefits allow employees to vary their pay and benefits package in order to suit their personal requirements. Employees are often able to retain their existing salary and then vary the levels of benefits within their specified allowance, or adjust their salary up or down by taking fewer or more benefits respectively.

There are certain core benefits that are always common: Group Pensions, Holidays, Life Assurance and Private Medical Insurance.  In addition, you may choose to offer a range of other benefits where employees can select which elements they would like to include using their allowance.  Products can include: Critical illness insurance, Dental cover, additional contributions to their group pension and extra days holiday.
